Description
Internalin Listeria monocytogenes Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 374 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 42.7kDa. The Internalin is fused with an 8 amino acid His tag at C-terminus.
Formulation
Internalin is lyophilized from a 0.2?m filtered concentrated solution in 20mM PB pH7.4 and 300mM NaCl.
Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Solubility
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Internalin in sterile 2XPBS not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Important note: If the concentration of NaCl is less than 150mM, the protein solution becomes turbid overnight. Please always keep the concentration of NaCl more than 250mM.
Source
Escherichia Coli.
Stability
Lyophilized Internalin although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. Upon reconstitution Internalin should be stored at 4¡ãC between 2-7 days and for future use below -18¡ãC.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Usage
TSZGENE's products are furnished for LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY. The product may not be used as drugs, agricultural or pesticidal products, food additives or household chemicals.
