Description
KLK4 Human Recombinant produced in HEK-293 cells is a single, glycosylated, polypeptide chain having a molecular weight of 25kDa. The KLK4 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The KLK4 protein was lyophilized from a 0.2?m filtered solution containing no additives or preservatives.

Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.

Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Solubility
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized KLK4 in sterile 18M¦¸-cm H2O not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

Stability
Lyophilized KLK4 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. Upon reconstitution KLK4 should be stored at 4¡ãC between 2-7 days and for future use below -18¡ãC. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
