Description
KISS1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 120 amino acids (20-138) and having a molecular mass of 12.6 Dalton.
The KISS1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The protein solution (1mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl pH-8, 1mM DTT & 10% glycerol.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
