Description
LYVE1 Human Recombinant produced in insect cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 229 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 24.8 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the LYVE1 migrates on SDS-PAGE at approximately 50 kDa.
Formulation
The LYVE1 protein solution contains 20mM Tris buffer pH-7.5 and 10% Glycerol.
Purity
Greater than 90.0% as determined by(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.

Stability
LYVE1 although stable 4¡ãC for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
