Description
Soluble LYVE1 Human Recombinant fused to a GST-tag produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide containing 243-323 amino acids and having a total molecular mass of 36 kDa.
The LYVE-1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
LYVE-1 Human Recombinant protein at 100ug/ml in 50mM Tris-Acetate, pH7.5, 1mM EDTA and 20% Glycerol.

Physical Appearance
Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Greater than 90.0% as determined by(a)Analysis by RP-HPLC.
(b)Analysis by SDS-PAGE.

Stability
LYVE-1 although stable at 15¡ãC for 1 week, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
