Description
MDC Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a non-glycosylated, Polypeptide chain containing 69 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 8.1 kDa.
The MDC is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

CCL22 filtered (0.4?m) and lyophilized from a concentrated solution containing 20mM phosphate buffer & 500mM NaCl pH-7.4.

Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.

Purity
Greater than 97.0% as determined by(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.
(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.

Solubility
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized CCL22 in sterile 18M¦¸-cm H2O not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions. Product is not sterile! Please filter the product by an appropriate sterile filter before using it in the cell culture.

Stability
Lyophilized CCL22 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. Upon reconstitution CCL22 should be stored at 4¡ãC between 2-7 days and for future use below

For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
