MMP-3 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, Polypeptide chain fused to a GST tag containing 228 amino acids (251-478) and having a total molecular mass of 51kDa.
MMP-3 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
MMP-3 is supplied in 50mM Tris-Acetate, pH-7.5, 1mM EDTA and 20% Glycerol.

Physical Appearance
Sterile Filtered clear solution.

Stability
Store at 4¡ãC if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks.
Store, frozen at -20¡ãC for longer periods of time.
