Description
MAPT Human Recombinant fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 403 amino acids (1-383 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 42.1kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear higher). The MAPT is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The MAPT solution (1 mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 10% glycerol and 0.1M NaCl.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Stability
MAPT should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
