Description
SMAD3 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 445 amino acids (1-425) and having a molecular mass of 50.2 kDa. SMAD3 is fused to 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-Terminus and purified by standard chromatography techniques.

Formulation
The SMAD3 protein solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl pH-8, 0.1M NaCl, 0.1mM DTT and 20% glycerol.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Stability
SMAD3 although stable 4¡ãC for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC.
