Ag85B Recombinant His-Tag fusion protein produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain having a molecular mass of 30 kDa.

Formulation
The protein was lyophilized with no additives.

Physical Appearance
Sterile Filtered lyophilized powder.

Greater than 90.0% as determined by(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.
(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.

Solubility
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Antigen-85B in sterile 18M¦¸-cm H2O not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

Stability
Ag85B although stable room temperature for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
