Description

MYL9 Human Recombinant fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 192 amino acids (1-172 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 21.9kDa. The MYL9 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The MYL9 solution (0.5 mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 0.1M NaCl, 1mM DTT and 10% glycerol.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

MYL9 should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
