Description
NDRG1 Human Recombinant fused with 8 amino acid His tag at C-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 402 amino acids (1-394 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 43.9 kDa.
The NDRG1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The NDRG1 solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 0.1mM PMSF and 10% Glycerol.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Stability
NDRG1 although stable 4¡ãC for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
