Description
NQO1 Human Recombinant fused with 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 294 amino acids (1-274 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 33kDa.
The NQO1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation
The NQO1 solution contains 20mM Tris-HCL buffer (pH 8.0), 10% glycerol and 1mM DTT.
Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Source
Escherichia Coli.
Stability
NQO1 although stable 4¡ãC for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
