Description
NCK1 Recombinant Human produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 397 amino acids (1-377 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 45 kDa. The NCK1 is fused to 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
NCK1 Human solution containing 20mM Tris HCL pH-8, 1mM DTT, 1mM EDTA, 50mM NaCl & 20% glycerol.
