On SDS-PAGE coomassie blue stained gel, the purified recombinant protein shows a band at 45 kDa.

Description
The NCK family of SH2/SH3 adaptor proteins consists of two members, NCK1 and NCK2, which couple tyrosine kinase signaling, including the EGF and PDGF receptor-pathways, to downstream signaling proteins. The NCK2 (amino acids 119-27) protein binds human PDGFR-b (Tyr-1009); over expression of NCK2 inhibits PDGF-induced membrane ruffling and lamellipod formation.

NCK2 protein at 100ug/ml in 50mM Tris-Acetate, pH7.5, 1mM EDTA and 20% Glycerol.
