Description
NHP2L1 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 152 amino acids (1-128a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 16.7kDa.
NHP2L1 is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The NHP2L1 protein solution (0.25mg/1ml) is formulated in In 20 mM Tris-HCl Buffer (pH 7.5), 100 mM NaCl, and 10% Glycerol.

Sterile Filtered clear solution.
