Description
NNMT Human Recombinant fused with 20 amino acid His-Tag tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing a total of 284 amino acids (1-264 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 31.7 kDa.
The NNMT is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The NNMT solution contains 20mM Tris pH 8.0 & 20% glycerol.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Stability
NNMT although stable 4¡ãC for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC.
