Description
NME1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 152 amino acids (1-152 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 17.1kDa.
The NME1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The NME1 solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH7.5), 1mM DTT and 10% glycerol.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Stability
NME1 although stable 4¡ãC for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
