Description
NUDT2 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 167 amino acids (1-147a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 19.0kDa.
NUDT2 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The NUDT2 protein solution (1mg/1ml) is formulated in 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0) 1mM DTT, 0.1M NaCl and 10% glycerol.

Sterile Filtered clear solution.

Purity
Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
