Description
Omentin Human Recombinant is produced in E.Coli by recombinant DNA technology is a single, polypeptide chain containing 294 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 32.7 kDa.
Recombinant Human Omentin contains His tag fused at N-Terminus.
Intelectin is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Each mg of lyophilized powder contains 20mM Tris & 50mM NaCl pH-8.0.

Physical Appearance
Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.

Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined by(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.
(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.

Solubility
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Omentin His Tag in sterile 18M¦¸-cm H2O not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

Stability
Lyophilized Intelectin His Tag although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. Upon reconstitution Intelectin should be stored at 4¡ãC between 2-7 days and for future use below -18¡ãC.
