Description
PDAP1 Recombinant Human produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 189 amino acids (1-181 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 21.7 kDa. The PDAP1 is fused to 8 amino acid His-Tag at C-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
1mg/ml solution containing 20mM Tris pH-8, 2mM DTT, 0.1M NaCl, 0.1mM PMSF & 20% glycerol.

Sterile filtered colorless solution.
