Description
The PI3K?D946A protein is a catalytically inactive mutant of PI3K? with a D946A mutation in the ATP binding site. This recombinant catalytically inactive protein can be used as a negative control in any kind of PI3K? kinase activity studies. Recombinant full length PI3KgDA mutant (126.3 kDa without Tag) carries an N-terminal GST-Tag which facilitates the protein¡¯s application in typical GST pull-down assays.

Formulation
0.4mg/ml solution in 25mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 50mM NaCl, 0.5mM MgCl2, and 50% glycerol.
