Description
PPCDC produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 224 amino acids (1-204a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 24.6kDa.
PPCDC is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The PPCDC protein solution (1mg/1ml) is formulated in 20mM Tris-HCl buffer(pH 8.0), 1mM DTT, 0.1M NaCl and 10% glycerol.

Sterile Filtered clear solution.

Purity
Greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
