Description
PEA15 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 130 amino acids (1-130 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 15kDa.
The PEA15 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The PEA15 protein solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 7.5), 1mM DTT and 10% Glycerol.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Stability
PEA15 although stable 4¡ãC for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
