Description
PEDF Human Recombinant produced in HEK cells is a single, glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 410 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 45.6 kDa. The Human Sentrin-F1 is fused to FLAG tag at C-Terminus. The Human PEDF is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The filtered concentrated (0.5mg/ml) protein solution was lyophilized with 20mM Tris & 20mM NaCl pH-7.5.

Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.

Purity
Greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Solubility
It is recomnded to add deionized water to a working concentration of 0.5mg/ml and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely. Product is not sterile! Please filter the product by an appropriate sterile filter before using it in the cell culture.
