Description
Recombinant Human PINX1 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 348 amino acids (1-328 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 39.1 kDa.
PINX1 is fused to 20 amino acid His Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The PINX1 protein contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer pH-8, 1mM DTT and 10% glycerol.

Physical Appearance
Sterile filtered colorless solution.

Greater than 95.0% as determined by analysis by SDS-PAGE.
