Description
Human PF-4 a 7.8 kDa protein consisting of 70 amino acid residues.

The CXCL4 protein was lyophilized in PBS buffer pH-7.4.

Sterile Filtered white lyophilized powder.

Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined by(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.
(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.

Solubility
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized CXCL4 in sterile 18M¦¸-cm H2O not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
