Purpose

This kit is used for the quantitative determination the concentrations of Porcine Myeloperoxidase (MPO) in porcine serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids.

Principle of the assay

The kit assays MPO in the porcine samples by the method of colorimetric ELISA. After loading of samples, the MPO in the standards or samples interacts with TMB-substrate solution. After incubation, the reaction is terminated by addition of Stop solution. Determining the absorbance (OD Value) at wave length 450 nm by the microwell reader, and the concentration of MPO can be calculated according to standard curve.
