Description
PCNA full length Human Recombinant protein produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain having a molecular mass of 62kDa which includes GST-tag fusion protein.

Formulation
The PCNA solution contains 50mM Tris-Acetate pH-7.5 & 1mM EDTA & 20% glycerol.

Physical Appearance
Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Stability
PCNA although stable 4¡ãC for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
