Description
PSMA Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is single, a non-glycosylated, Polypeptide chain containing 150 amino acids (1-150 a.a.) fused to a GST tag and having a total molecular mass of 43kDa.
The PSMA is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
PSMA is supplied in 50mM Tris-HCl, pH-7.5, 10mM L-glutathione (reduced).

Physical Appearance
Sterile Filtered clear solution.

Stability
Store at 4¡ãC if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks.
Store, frozen at -20¡ãC for longer periods of time.
Please avoid freeze thaw cycles.
