Description

PKIB Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 98 amino acids (1-78) and having a molecular mass of 10.6kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear higher). PKIB is fused to 20 a.a. His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
PKIB solution (1mg/ml) 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 20% glycerol, 0.1M NaCl and 1mM DTT.

Sterile filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
