Description
Prothrombin complex is a double virus¨Cinactivated concentrate, containing equal concentrations of Factors II, VIII, IX, X and Heparin.

Formulation
Lyophilized Powder from 0.1M sodium chloride and 10mM sodium citrate buffer.

Physical Appearance
Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.

It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Prothrombin Complex in sterile 18M¦¸-cm H2O.

Stability
Lyophilized Prothrombin-Complex although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. Upon reconstitution Prothrombin-Complex should be stored at 4¡ãC between 2-7 days and for future use below -18¡ãC.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
