Description
RABIF Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 143 amino acids (1-123 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 16 kDa. The RABIF is fused to an 20 amino acid His Tag at N-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The RABIF 0.5mg/ml protein solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl pH-8, 1mM DTT, 0.1M NaCl and 20% glycerol.

Sterile Filtered clear colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 85% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
