Description
RAB6A Human Recombinant fused with a 24 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 232 amino acids (1-208 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 26.1kDa. The RAB6A is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The RAB6A solution (1 mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris buffer (pH 8.0), 10% glycerol, 1mM DTT and 0.1M NaCl.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
