Description
RHOC Recombinant Human produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 210 amino acids (1-190 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 23.8 kDa. The RHOC is fused to 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
RHOC Human 0.5mg/ml solution containing 20mM Tris-HCl pH-8, 0.1M NaCl, 1mM DTT & 20% glycerol.

Sterile filtered colorless solution.

Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
