Description
RAC2 Human Recombinant fused with 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 209 amino acids (1- 189 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 23.3kDa.
The RAC2 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The RAC2 solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 20% Glycerol, 2mM EDTA, 2mM DTT and 0.1M NaCl.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Stability
RAC2 although stable 4¡ãC for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
