Description
RGS19 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 327 amino acids (1-217a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 26.7kDa.
RGS19 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The RGS19 protein solution (0.5mg/1ml) is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH7.4) and 10% Glycerol.

Sterile Filtered clear solution.

Purity
Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
