Description
RCN1 Recombinant Human produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 341 amino acids (30-331 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 22.5 kDa. The RCN1 is fused to 39 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
1mg/ml solution containing 20mM Tris pH-8, 1mM DTT, 0.1M NaCl & 10% glycerol.

Sterile filtered colorless solution.
