Description

RPS14 Human Recombinant fused with a 23 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 174 amino acids (1-151 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 18.7kDa. The RPS14 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The RPS14 solution (0.25 mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 1mM DTT, 40% glycerol and 100mM NaCl.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 80.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

RPS14 should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
