Description
SCAND1 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 199 amino acids (1-179a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 21.2kDa.
SCAND1 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The SCAND1 protein solution (1mg/1ml) is formulated in 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) 1mM DTT, 100mM NaCl and 10% glycerol.

Sterile Filtered clear solution.

Purity
Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
