Description
SQSTM1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 264 amino acids (1-356 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 39.7 kDa. SQSTM1 protein is fused to a 8 amino acid His-Tag at C-terminus and purified by standard chromatography.

Formulation
SQSTM1 Human solution containing 20mM Trsi HCL pH-8, 1mM DTT and 10% glycerol.
