Description
SERPINB5 Human Recombinant fused with 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 395 amino acids (1-375 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 44.2 kDa.
The SERPINB5 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The SERPINB5 solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 1mM DTT, 10% glycerol.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined by(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.
