Description
SAA1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 125 amino acids (19-122 a.a.) and having a total molecular mass of 13.9 kDa.
SAA1 is fused to 20 amino acid His Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The SAA1 solution contains 20mM Tris buffer(pH 8.0) and 10% glycerol.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Stability
SAA1 although stable 4¡ãC for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
