Description
STAT1 Recombinant Human produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 732 amino acids (1-712 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 85.2 kDa. The STAT1 is fused to 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
STAT1 0.5mg/ml protein solution contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer pH-8, 0.1M Nacl, 1mM DTT, and 10% glycerol.

Sterile Filtered clear solution.

Purity
Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
