Description
SAP18 Human Recombinant fused with 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 173 amino acids (20- 172 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 19.7 kDa.
The SAP18 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The SAP18 solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 0.1M NaCl, 30% glycerol, 1mM DTT.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Stability
SAP18 although stable 4¡ãC for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
