Description
SIRT3 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 303 amino acids (118-399a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 33.5kDa.
SIRT3 is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The SIRT3 protein solution (1mg/1ml) is formulated in 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0) 1mM DTT, 0.1M NaCl, 10% glycerol.

Sterile Filtered clear solution.

Purity
Greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
