Applications
Western blot with PBC sera or monoclonal anti-hexa-His-tag antibody.

Coating concentration
0.5-0.9 ug/ml (depending on the type of ELISA plate and coating buffer). Suitable for biotinylation and iodination.

Description
Recombinant Sp100 antigen is a full-length cDNA coding having a molecular mass of 54,662 Dalton (pH 5.0). Sp100 protein is fused to a hexa-histidine purification tag.

Sp100 is supplied in 16mM HEPES buffer pH-8.0, 400mM NaCl, and 20% glycerol.

Immunological function
Binds IgG-type human auto-antibodies.

Immunological tests
Standard ELISA test (checkerboard analysis of positive/negative sera panels); immunodot test.

Purity
Greater than 80% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Sf9 insect cells.

Storage Conditions
Store at 4¡ãC if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20¡ãC for longer periods of time.
