Description

SPOP Human Recombinant fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 394 amino acids (1-374 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 44.3kDa.
The SPOP is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation

The SPOP solution (0.5 mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 5mM DTT, 50% glycerol, 0.2M NaCl and 2mM EDTA.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Stability

SPOP should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
