Description
SOX2 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 208 amino acids (1-200 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 23.1kDa. SOX2 protein is fused to a 8 amino acid His-Tag at C-terminus and purified by standard chromatography.

Formulation
The SOX2 solution contains 20mM Trsi HCL pH-8, 2mM DTT, 0.2M NaCl & 40% glycerol.

Sterile filtered colorless solution.

Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
