Description
SDF-1 beta Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a non-glycosylated, Polypeptide chain containing 93 amino acids (22-93 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 10.8 KDa.
The SDF-1b is fused to 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The SDF-1 beta His Tag protein contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer pH-8 and 10% glycerol.

Physical Appearance
Sterile filtered colorless solution.

Greater than 90% as determined by Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
